Porada started out as, and is still today, a family business, now in its third generation. Indeed, each of the four Allievi brothers, the sons of founder Luigi, has a child now working within the company.

It lies in the company’s human capital, the team work, those who, for many years and on all levels (executive, creative, managerial, manual), have been an integral part of the company.
