Porada started out as, and is still today, a family business, now in its third generation. Indeed, each of the four Allievi brothers, the sons of founder Luigi, has a child now working within the company.

When stepping into the Cabiate office, the atmosphere of friendliness and cooperation can instantly be felt. Looking around, it resembles a magical place where sheer innovation is in perfect equilibrium with tradition.

The collections, produced as a result of team work, are fruit of combining modern technological processes and the typical manufacturing tradition of the furniture companies in Brianza.

But that’s not all. Porada’s strength also, or in fact mostly, lies in something else, something that has nothing to do with the quality of the materials or the advanced technology of the machinery. It lies in the company’s human capital, the team work, those who, for many years and on all levels (executive, creative, managerial, manual), have been an integral part of the company. To such a degree that they treat the products as if they were their own, carrying out their work with the utmost care and passion, each and every day.
